the room included usb plugs on both sides of the bed. the walk in shower was also a great feature. the balcony overlooked the river avon.
i paid for an indulgence room with balcony and was disappointed. the decor was tired and needed updating. the cleanliness of the balcony was poor, with neglected decking and furniture.

The location was superb, close to transit options. The room featured a balcony with great views.. it had a table and chairs. The bed proved very comfortable. Breakfast included poached eggs on a muffin with spinach and hollandaise.

honestly, i found some issues. the walls are terribly thin. i could hear everything from the next room, that was a problem. the tv remote didn't work properly, so i missed my favorite shows. i told the reception, but nothing happened.

The location was convenient. The park and ride was close by. this made getting around easier.
Our room wasn't great. there was no ventilation in the bathroom, and a damp smell lingered. the balcony was poorly maintained, with slippery decking and dead plants. I expected better upkeep.

The room had a lovely, decent-sized bathroom. The bed was very comfy, and the surroundings were peaceful (I slept very well!). The staff were pleasant and helpful. I found it a nice touch that extra tea, coffee, milk, and water were available on the landing.
